Welcome to the Van Cleve Development! NOW LEASING FOR FALL 2008!!! The Van Cleve Development is located in the Southeast Como neighborhood, in Minneapolis, adjacent to Van Cleve Park where the landmark Bunge Midway grain elevator is located. The development transforms the historic grain elevator and surrounding industrial site into a residential addition to this thriving community. Using sustainable materials and a fresh housing design to create an economically-integrated setting, it presents a model approach to contemporary community building.
